Stones/crystals are natural minerals each beautiful and unique in pattern. Therefore, this means that no two Crystals will ever be the same.

Please be aware as natural objects their appearance can vary from the images shown and they may contain tiny fissures and pits.

Please read our descriptions and dimensions of our products when purchasing as this will give you an almost accurate description of dimensions of what you are purchasing although in some cases objects may vary slightly in size and patterns to what you see on our website, as no two crystals are ever the same.

Please expect to find inclusions and beautiful markings within the crystal itself.  

Returns

Returns and exchanges are not accepted based or accepted on crystal characteristics or on change of mind.

Exchanges

Our exchange policy lasts 7 days and only applies to products which are not crystals.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in original packaging.

Home body and Soul will not be held liable for items that are sent back broken or damaged. 

All exchanges will be issued in the form of a credit note which can be redeemed at our online store. 

Home body and soul do not reimburse return shipping charges on exchanges based on change of mind. 

Returns & Exchanges On Non-Crystal Items

Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on change of mind or crystal characteristics. We do not allow refunds or exchanges on any sale items. 

All items purchased from Home Body and Soul are carefully packed with love and care. Each item is thoroughly inspected before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. We use soft foam padding and bubble wrap to ensure your crystals and other pieces arrive safely. However, accidents may occur during transit on the rare occasion. 

For breakages and exchange requests, please email brittney@bfinesse.com.au  with your order number # and a photo along with your query, within 7 days of you receiving your parcel. 

Refunds and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Home Body and Soul. All refunds are made through the type of payment method in which you made the original purchase. Once we receive the item, we will begin to process the refund within 7-10 business days and we will notify you once the refund has been processed from our end. 

Please note: Home Body and Soul may or may not reimburse return shipping charges on refunds or exchanges (this is determined on a case by case basis).

Home Body and Soul bear no responsibility for the loss of an item being returned, which is why we recommend using registered mail to return an item. Stoned Crystals will not be held liable for items that are sent back broken or damaged and may or may not process the refund/exchange if so. 

Special Note About Crystals

Refunds and exchanges are not given because of inclusion or exposed inclusions showing at the edge of a crystal which can sometimes be mistaken as a chip or a crack.

Refunds & Credit Notes

If you are returning your item for inspection for a refund or credit note, your product must be sent back to Home Body and Soul within 7 days of being received. 

For items that qualify for a refund, once an item is returned (so long as it is received in new and original condition), you will receive a refund within 7-10 days. 

Refunds will be returned through the type of payment method in which you made the purchase originally. We have a number of payment portals. Once we have released the funds each payment portal may take a number of days to process. Please contact your payment portal to find out the exact duration. We will notify you once the refund has been processed from our end.

Returns Shipping

Please ensure you pack your return items carefully with FRAGILE stickers and purchase insurance at the post office if you want to be covered for any damage that might occur in the post.
