Shipping Policies
Orders Over 15kg
Due to the special handling required for these orders, the space they take up & the high value of 15kg worth of product, special processing & handling fees will apply to orders weighing over 15kg.
The fee is determined by total weight & number of packages. This fee includes insurance on your order.
These orders also take longer to pack and ship, therefore the number of days may be longer than the regular parcel shipping times (see below).
We will send you an invoice for the shipping fee and once that is paid we will pack and ship your large order.
Australia Wide Shipping
Home Body and Soul send all domestic parcels via AusPost.

Handling Times
Orders received over a weekend will be processed on Monday.
If the order is received after 11am AEST/AEDT, the order will be processed the next business day.
Orders made on a public holiday will be processed the following business day. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
Delivery timings are subject to Australia Post and shipping provider services.
Home Body and Soul cannot assume responsibility for any delays or delivery loss made by postage providers.

Lay-buy Terms & Conditions
Home Body and Soul offer 2 lay-buy plans. We offer a 4-week lay by plan and an 8 week lay-buy plan.
Your plan will be based on your total purchase amount. If your total spend is $300 or less, you will be eligible for our 4 week plan. If your total spend is $300 or more, you will be eligible for our 8 week plan.
We want to make things a little easier for you. We understand times are tough which is why we offer up to 8 weeks of lay-buy. We ask you to respect our lay buy policy and pay the even amount of your total price weekly.
Once we have organised and finalised your lay buy plan you will receive your first invoice the day of purchase which will need to be paid within 24 hours. You will then receive one every week after that with an even amount payment divided over the duration of your plan until paid off.
e.g: If your purchase is $400 and you wish to be on an 8 week lay by plan you will receive 8 invoices in total (1 a week) of the equal amount of $50 until paid off. All lay by plans will incur the standard shipping fee which will be included on your last invoice.
We do offer free standard shipping over $299 but this is excluded on lay by plans.
